COVERAGE FOR YOUR WHOLE FAMILY
If your vehicle is stolen or damaged you must protect yourself. In addition, you should protect yourself in case you cause property damage or bodily injury as resulting of operating the motor vehicle. Certain special situations arise when you have a teenage driver, guest drivers, or custom cars. Auto insurance also provides coverage if someone uninsured or under-insured collides with you.
What’s Covered:
- Damage to your car sustained in an accident
- Medical costs if you or your passengers are injured in an accident
- Injuries or damages suffered by others in a collision you caused
- Damages due to theft or vandalism

Your limit of liability insurance to pay for bodily injury or property damage is one combined limit. It pays for all expenses resulting in from injury or property damage until it reaches its limit. For example, a policy of $500,000 would cover expenses totaling up to $500,000.
A proposal for a split limit contains three numbers and may look something like this: $100,000/$300,000/$100,000.
The first $100,000 represents the maximum amount of coverage one person injured in an accident receives. The $300,000 represents the maximum amount of coverage allotted for every injured person involved. The second $100,000 represents the maximum amount of coverage for property damage.
